Missions

-Serve as Consultant in planning, organizing, implementing, directing and overseeing a broad spectrum of human resources related issues in the area of responsibilities.
-Analyze organization’s needs in the area of responsibility and recommend policies and programs to the Head of Human Resources.
-Provide overall human resources support to the line managers to ascertain their needs and recommend effective human resources policies.
-Assist the Head of Human Resources on annual projects e.g. salary & bonus review, performance management, budget preparation, etc.
-Assist and co-ordinate special human resources projects as assigned by the Head of Human Resources e.g. implementation of new performance system, participation in market survey, etc.
-Ensure the area of responsibilities is in compliance with the employment laws and regulations.
-Ensure the HR infrastructure is updated and related e.g. employee handbook, HR intranet, HR information system, standard letters, etc.
