Job summary

We are currently looking for a highly experienced and enthusiastic professional with the knowledge and expertise to support Amundi Asset Management’s cross border retail marketing platform. The successful candidate will have project management experience, preferably within the asset management industry, be confident in managing end-to-end strategic projects and comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

 

In this role, the candidate will:

  • Implement the retail marketing strategy and drive measurable results including planning, implementation and delivery of our marketing campaigns, international events, sponsorships and various other marketing projects
  • Liaise daily with global sales, investment and marketing teams and other key stakeholders

Duties and responsibilities

  • Project manage a number of strategic marketing campaigns; working closely with key stakeholders and ensuring timely execution and delivery
  • Involved in the implementation of advertising campaigns over the course of the year 
  • Work closely with the Marketing & Communications and Digital Marketing teams to deliver content for campaigns and other marketing initiatives  
  • Coordinate international events; working closely with the event management team based in our Paris HQ
  • Management and coordination of industry sponsorships and initiatives – gathering of content, coordination of speakers and delegates and main liaison with the organizing entity
  • Other ad hoc marketing projects aligned with the overall goals of the marketing team

Minimal education level

Bachelor Degree / BSc Degree or equivalent

Academic qualification / Speciality

• Marketing qualification desirable

Required skills

• Strong track record in successfully and independently leading and delivering projects within a marketing team, or similar
• Excellent coordinator and very organized as multiple projects and tasks will take place simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal skills, team player and able to build relationships
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills at all levels of the organisation
• Ability to self-direct, work independently and proactively
